met most of the group after landing in Guyana. Our
team consisted of thirty-five Americans (primarily from New Hampshire, Ohio
and Kansas) working in Guyana
under the direction of
Partners In Progress. After landing in Guyana
we only
had to drive about 45 minutes to our hotel. The accommodations were very comfortable. The
hotel had a laptop in the lobby we could
use to check email.Surprisingly, the
hotel had Wi-Fi
for their patron’s laptop with internet capability.>

There was remarkable encouragement from the congregation in New
Hampshire. People there prayed for us 24 hours a day during the
week that we were in Guyana. That is POWERFULL
support for us that keep us pumped up during the mission effort.
